What do I get within the plan?
The EA Meal Plan
It does what it says on the tin, a full and comprehensive meal plan program for each week, across a period of four weeks.
The meal plan will include all meals, snacks and intake around your exercise if needed too. We will provide all recipes and these will be in line with your food preferences too.
We use the SENPRO app to dissemnate your plan, this handy app gives you access to your diary, all recipes and a tracker too among other options.
What does each week look like?
Each week will be a revision on the previous week. We take into account how you are feeling, your food preferences and we will base the daily in take on your daily expenditure.
In this way, you will have a comprehensive recipe bank, knowledge on how to build your day and a much greater understanding on why we eat what we do.
What about recipes?
You will be able to access your meal plan either in pdf format or via the SENPRO app. We find both options are useful, the print out is handy to pop on the fridge door, while the app is great for more detail.
The app is where you will find the recipes for the meals and snacks. It will also be where you contact us, log your body composition progress, habit track, to name a few.
