We monitor and analyse every training session to ensure your plan is working for you. We will feedback, listen to your feedback and adjust the based based on your performance. We will also closely monitor your overall lifestyle to ensure your fit and healthy throughout.
Power Curve Tracking
Power curves can help understand the overall relationship between time and power exhaustion. This is the base from which we prescribe training workouts within plans to create maximal adaptations and ensure you get the results you need.
Wellness Integration/Metrics
We continually observe your overall lifestyle and monitor your health through blood tests results, sleeping patterns, weight, heart rate and other metric data to minimise the risk of illnesses while maximising performance and health.
